Our customers can return the order within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange if they are not happy or satisfied with the product they have ordered.
All the return shipping expenses are covered by Premier Tarpaulin UK, excluding all the holidays and weekends; within seven working days, we will give customers refunds after confirming that the product returned in new and unused conditions.
In return, the item should be in the original package to ensure that it will protect during the journey. Products should be new and with all the tags attached.
If return products are damage, destroy, or changes, Premier Tarpaulin UK will not accept them, and we will return them to customers. The company will not take all those items on which tags are not attached during the return in any situation.
If customers want to refund or exchange an item, they can contact correct product information like the order number, product information, reason for the return, and either they will like to take a refund or an exchange. We will then provide a return shipping label to the customer, which they can use to return the product to the warehouse.
We confirm all the refunds and returns through email. The actual cost of shipping is not refundable.
We give back all the refund to customers within 14 days of receiving the order when they make sure that the product is new and unused.
The entire amount we refund either through a bank or through a credit card.
Our customers can exchange the order if by mistake they have placed the wrong order in the below mentioned two ways:
Customers can return the order using our courier service, which will pick the order directly at the customer’s place. But, in this case, shipping charges are deducted.
Our customers can also parcel the objects directly to the official address.
